World Athletics Championships starts on Saturday.

The World Athletics Championships is carded to start on Saturday 13th August and finishes on Sunday 21st August 2025. This edition will be held in Tokyo, Japan and starts at 8:00AM Tokyo time which will be 7:00 PM Grenada time on Friday night. The evening session starts at !8:05 Tokyo Time which is 5:05 Grenada time.
Four athletes will represent Grenada at Worlds this year. Kirani James will take part in the 400m, Anderson Peters in the javelin, and Lindon Victor in the Decathlon on the men side and Kelsie Murrel-Ross in the Shot put on the Womens' side.
Kirani competes on Sunday in the 400m at 5:35PM Grenada time. Anderson Peters starts his campaign on Wednesday morning. Lindon and Kelsie competes on Saturday 20th.
